Supervise/sched activities of trade ptrs and construction workers. Read plans/contract to determine construction reqs and ensure project compliance. Ensure project meets budget/sched. Coordinate/organize/direct construction activities. Review completed work/ensure high standard of workmanship. Implement high-performance bldg strategies and methods that address energy/water/resource efficiency, sustainable lot devt. Stand for long periods of time, handle tools, carry objects up to 50 lbs.
