Full Time Loan Administrator
This position could be based out of Grand Junction, Rifle, Willits, Avon or Denver.
The loan administrator will work closely with the Relationship Manager and the Credit Analyst as the primary support mechanism as it relates to gathering, compiling, and organizing supporting information for the creation of a loan packet and for the closing of a loan. He/she will develop systems to account for accuracy within the loan process, provide compliance assistance and controls, provide assistance and/or complete loan packages, work with Central Loans on the
completion of loan documentation, and any other duties needed as deemed fit for this position.
Qualifications/Skills:
To succeed in this position, the loan administrator will be willing to make decisions without constant supervision and have critical thinking skills. This individual will become proficient in identifying, evaluating, and reviewing required loan documentation and financial documentation. This individual will be detail orientated and able to multi-task. He/she should be able to prioritize tasks in the most time effective manner, have strong oral and written communication skills, and be effective in using Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. It is anticipated this individual will be tech savvy and willing and able to learn and become the Credit Quest power user. An understanding of financial data, ratios, security instruments, insurance, title work, and regulatory documentation is preferred.
